We Built and Launched Canary Media!
The Happy Cog team delivered a brand new website for our client, Canary Media. The new site will enable Canary to grow and tell the urgent story of fighting climate change with clean energy. We went through our full design and development process from start to finish, and our client couldn’t be more thrilled with the result!
We Built and Launched Optimize!
We partnered with Paravel, acclaimed Austin, TX design agency, to build a new website for Optimize, a subscription-based personal development application. Happy Cog was responsible for architecting a new AWS-based web server infrastructure, building a new content and e-commerce back-end with Craft CMS and Stripe, migrating Optimize’s existing content and e-commerce data from its existing CMS, creating a REST API, SEO url strategy, and analytics implementation.

Happy Cogference is Back for the Fall
This past March, we hosted our first-ever virtual ‘Happy Cogference.’ You can read more about it here (and see what our team members had to say about it here).
We will be hosting our second virtual Happy Cogference: Fall 2021 edition over the course of two half days. During this time, we’ll host a variety of learning sessions led by some of our very own HC peers to help us all better connect about the work we do and where we are headed next. Our hope is to inspire and continue to build connections between remote team members from across the company.

Happy Cog + &pizza: Speaking @ DX3 USA
&pizza’s position as a restaurant tech pioneer powered the brand through the pandemic, and that culture of digital innovation continues to drive every business decision. Happy Cog is proud to be a part of this conversation and sponsor this year’s DX3 USA event this year. On Nov,. 10th, Matt will be speaking with &pizza CEO Michael Lastoria where they will discuss how to leverage technology to evolve all areas of your business during this must-attend fireside chat. Case Study: Avinor ANS
Avinor ANS, which owns and operates 44 Norwegian airports and has 2,400 employees, had an ambitious goal of creating a software tool (“Horizon”) that would enable their team to collaboratively manage and schedule resources. Before Happy Cog started helping, Avinor ANS had developed a prototype platform, but the project had been completely paused. We were tasked with jumpstarting the project again and building inertia towards a launch with a focus on team and tech strategy.
