American Astronomical Society website wins 2020 Webby People’s Voice Award

We are proud to announce that Happy Cog has been awarded a Webby!

We are proud to announce that Happy Cog has been awarded a Webby, one of the Internet’s most prestigious honors, for our work with the American Astronomical Society. The AAS website, which went live at the end of 2019, was awarded a People’s Voice Award in the Associations category.

We were honored to be included alongside the other stellar nominees in this category, and taking home first place is a testament to what we were able to achieve together. We’re incredibly proud of the passionate and dedicated team that brought the new website to life. Principal Happy Cog team members who led this engagement include Julia Evanczuk, Mark Huot, Leigh Nash, and Dana Pavlichko.

We have been making continual improvements and enhancements to the AAS site in the months since go-live, and have collaborated with AAS on other web properties as well. We are incredibly appreciative of the partnership AAS displayed throughout the course of our time working together, and look forward to the years to come.
