Erin Kissane

Erin Kissane is a writer and editorial strategist who focuses on clear and precise business communication as a prerequisite for strong relationships with employees and customers. She has provided web content strategy, technical writing, marketing copy, and editorial oversight for clients including senior executives in dozens of Fortune 500 companies as well as leaders in the non-profit and arts communities.
Erin is also an editor of A List Apart, where she helps sift through the web development community’s new ideas to identify and promote better ways to publish content and build websites.
Prior to joining Happy Cog, she contributed to international content management projects and guidelines for Sapient, a business and technology consultancy. Before that, she managed web development projects for a small technology company in Boston.
She has been publishing on the web since Netscape 1.2 was the best browser on the market, and writes about good and bad editorial practices on Incisive.nu.
